App gives you a list of Powerball winning history. You can see the ball frequency since 10/7/2016 - this is when the Powerball had its game change to change the number of balls to 69 white balls and 26 power balls.

You can modify the time range to a past date to show the frequencies of all balls at the different time range. When you do this, you are also able to guess 6 numbers using the frequency of the balls, and see how well you did with the future winning numbers.

It turns out that frequency does not help you that much xD, but maybe you could use the below falling structures of the balls with the frequency data to find out which ball is most likely to occur?
